Bertil E. Gärtner (1924-2009), scholar

Bertil Edgar Gärtner (1924-2009) was a Swedish scholar. Gärtner was the Lutheran bishop of Gothenburg (1970–1991), and professor of New Testament Exegesis at Princeton Theological Seminary, United States.
