Abraham Aaron Neuman (M / United States, 1890-1970), Jewish scholar
Born in Austria, Neumann emigrated to the United States as a child. After being ordained a rabbi at the Jewish Theological Seminary in 1912, he joined the faculty of Dropsie College in Philadelphia, where he taught history until 1940. He then became president of the College, a post he held until his retirement in 1966.
