A Life of Jesus (1950) is a book by Edgar J. Goodspeed.

Abstract

This book by a renowned scholar was intended for a popular audience, while retaining its scholarly nature. Jesus is presented as "a non miracle-working figure contending with Pharisaic opponents... but with also some conversion to the eschatological faith" (Weaver).
