Relly Farkic (F / Serbia, 1937), Holocaust survivor

Biography

Relly Farkic (2 Aug 1937) was born in Belgrad, Serbia, to Marcello Farkic and Mira Levy. The family fled to Montenegro (then under Italian occupation). In July 1941 they were sent to Kavaja, Albania. In October 1941 they were interned at Ferramonti and then in July 1942 at Modena (loc. Pavullo). They went into hiding after Sept 8, 1943. They resurfaced in Rome after the war.
