Arnoldus Arlenius' editio princeps of Josephus' Greek text was followed in the 17th century by the first bilingual edition, Latin and Greek, by Pierre de La Rovière. A new editions then appeared in Geneve (1634) and by Ittig (Leipzig, 1691).
