Princeton University (Princeton, NJ) is an American University, founded in 1746.

History

Founded in 1746 at Elizabeth, New Jersey, as the College of New Jersey, it was moved to Newark in 1747, then to Princeton in 1756 and renamed Princeton University in 1896.
