Annette Muller was born March 15, 1933 in Paris, France to a Jewish-Polish family. She was arrested with her mother and younger brother. Mother was sent to die at Auschwitz, while the two children where imprisoned at Drancy. Father succeeded to free them by bribing the guards. The children joining the older brothers, spending the rest of the war in hiding in a Christian orphanage.
