Annesley William Streane (1844-1915) was a British scholar.

Biography

Educated at Trinity College, Dublin and Emmanuel College, Cambridge. Hebrew lecturer and dean at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. Published many commentaries on books of the Old Testament, including a comparison between the MT and the LXX versions of Jeremiah, as well as a translation of tractate Chagigah from the Bavli.
