English translation of the [[Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs]] based on the 1242 Latin version by [[Robert Grosseteste]]; see [[Testamenta duodecim patriarcharum filiorum Jacob (1520 Grosseteste), book]]. The work, often reprinted, remained a standard version of the text for almost three centuries.
