The Anthem of the Republic of Shkid

"What joy is ours after the strife

In Number One we’ve made our bid

Self-government has come to life

Long live the Republic of Shkid.

Every person is our brother,

Whether a Christian or a Jew,

Proudly we are marching forward

The Republic of Shkid is me and you."
