Arkady Kovelman (b.1949) is a Russian scholar, at Lomonosom Moscow State University, Russia.

Born in Moscow in 1949. PhD (1975) at the Lomonosom Moscow State University, Russia. Professor and Head of the Department for Jewish Studies at the Institute of Asian and African Studies at Moscow State University.
